Dante Zegarra y César de la Cruz, dos chefs peruanos con vasta experiencia, crearon Sushi Nikkei 17 o SNK17 a partir de una dark kitchen durante la pandemia en Lima 17. En 2022, trasladaron su propuesta única a Los Piñones 011, Providencia, donde fusionan lo mejor de la cocina japonesa y peruana con un toque creativo.
En SNK17, el Omakase es el protagonista: platos únicos creados con los mejores ingredientes del día, pensados para sorprender a los comensales y ofrecerles una experiencia auténtica. Además, cuentan con opciones veganas y delivery para que disfrutes de esta fusión culinaria donde quieras.
Our plates
We are one of the best Nikkei cuisine restaurants in Santiago. This fusion of Japanese techniques and Peruvian flavors is showcased in dishes like makis, sashimis, tiraditos, and seafood, all presented uniquely by our chefs. We also offer omakase, a service where the chef selects the day's dishes, typically off the menu, and is available only by reservation.
Our cuisine has personality, it’s vibrant, and unfolds layers of flavors and textures. Each dish demonstrates technique and respect for the ingredients, which shine on their own without being overshadowed by sauces, gels, emulsions, or other preparations, which are used only to enhance the recipe. In our philosophy, we also focus on using fish like palometa, bonito, or corvina, instead of the more traditional reineta.
